Cancellation Policy
Please provide me with 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. A cancellation fee of 1 session ($150) will apply if you do not provide me with 24 hours notice. Please understand, my time is limited and without 24 hours notice, I am unable to provide mental health services for another client whom may need my time. This is written in the Informed Consent and signed by you.
